WARRANTY

Haveli & Co do not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products. All of our pieces are handmade by artisans and may have slight variations of flaws, cracks or imperfections. The materials used are natural and raw. They may have variances in colour and form. These flaws/imperfections make every piece unique to it’s kind and no piece will ever be identical.

PURCHASES

All orders that are placed through our online store is an offer by you to state you are purchasing the particular item in accordance with our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order you make using our Website for any reason. We advise you to please select carefully. Every effort has been made to ensure our products / colours are represented accurately, different colour calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproductions. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund should our manufacturer advise us they are unable to supply a particular item. They require a skilled workforce to make our range and labour shortages can occur from time to time.

PRICING

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax.) Haveli & Co reserve the right to change the pricing of any of its products at any time without any notice.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. International shipping may require additional payment for Duties and Taxes which is payable by the client and advised by the carrier.

PRE-ORDERS / BACK ORDERS

Delivery dates for all Pre-Orders and/or Back-Orders are given as a guide only. We will make all efforts to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible. As our pieces are handmade, sometimes we are affected by delays outside of our control. We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our collection. In this circumstance the payment that was received for the order will be refunded to the customer if applicable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Haveli & Co aim to offer you an amazing and unique online shopping experience. All information that is supplied by you is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without your consent.

To place an order with Haveli & Co you will be required to provide some personal information such as name, email, phone number and delivery address. We will also collect financial information such as credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code. We require this information for billing purposes only to complete your order. If the circumstance arises that we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information. Your supplied phone number will be required for shipping purposes. In most circumstances your contact number will be forwarded to the courier or driver for in the event they need to contact you regarding the delivery.

Unfortunately there may be occasional price changes, sold out goods or unforeseen back orders and other unintentional errors on our site. *Professional installation is required for installing our hanging chairs. Fittings are not included. Please install your hanging chair from the top outer frame work. We do not take any responsibility for damage of any property or personal injury. Haveli & Co exclude all liability to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind. Any dispute arising between a customer and Haveli & Co will be settled in accordance with Australian Legislation.
