It is acknowledged that by proceeding with our wholesale account registration, you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions outlined within this document.
Once your application has been received, we will advise you of the outcome within 5 business days. If you have not received a reply from us within this time, please feel free to follow up by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please complete the registration form according to your business structure.
Wholesale: if you have a physical shop.
Trade: if you are a stylist, interior designer, photographer or work in a relevant industry. Please provide a valid website for your business.
Minimum Spends: we ask that the minimum spends be met to ensure you have a good brand representation in store.
Our wholesale prices may change at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each item is provided on our retail website www.haveliandco.com, however stockists are free to set their own pricing as they see fit. We do kindly ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. We will email you prior to each shipment requesting full payment inclusive of freight charges. Please note there are no holds of items in stock. Any pre orders must be paid in full.
We accept VISA, MasterCard or EFT. Please include your invoice number and business name as the payment reference when paying via EFT.
Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to ship in stock items out within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise discussed. We use a National courier, an independent removals company or Australia Post depending on the type of goods ordered and your location.
Products that are out of stock will be placed on pre order and shipped as soon as available. If you place an order that contains both pre order and in stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon by our Management. Freight charges will apply to each order dispatched and is calculated solely on those items dispatched.
For items on pre order, any estimated delivery dates given are for guidance only. We try our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control.
Returns & Cancellations:
Reporting of faulty or broken items must occur within 5 days of receiving them by emailing details of the damage and an image to email@example.com. Non-delivery of any items must be reported immediately.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and paid. We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind or preference of natural variation in items.
Many Haveli & Co products are handmade or natural products; therefore, some variation should be expected – this is an inherent characteristic of these products and something we love about them. Some examples of this, but are not limited to, variation in colour, variation in tightness of weaving, natural cracking in wood products, joins in reclaimed / repurposed timbers. These are not considered faults.
Please note stockists of Haveli & Co goods do not automatically have exclusivity for their suburb. Please contact us if you would like to discuss Haveli & Co exclusivity in your suburb.
In using Haveli & Co images, we kindly ask that you correctly tag us @haveliandco if you are using our images on Instagram. Use only those images that are relevant to the stock you hold.
Haveli & Co cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
By placing an order with Haveli & Co you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, they will be effective immediately.
